This handheld permanent magnetic yoke is designed for ease of use, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness, as it requires no external power supply. With a lifting capacity of up to 18 kg at 100 mm pole spacing, it is suitable for both dry and wet magnetic particle testing methods. Weighing only 1.1 kg, it offers excellent portability and is ideal for use in petrochemical and chemical industries. Built with rugged construction for reliable magnetic inspection
PM-50 permanent magnetic (Equivelent to Parker PM-50) yoke is a rugged design for Magnetic Particle inspection to meet Nondestructive testing standards. It’s a flexible steel cable that allow maximum leg span of 12” width. The permanent Magnets are sealed in the PVC housing. It produces a strong magnetic field exceeding of 50 lbs steel weight lift strength.
The Y-2 is an AC electromagnetic yoke, ergonomically designed to improve productivity and reduce operator arm and wrist fatigue. The yoke generates a strong AC magnetic field for the detection of surface indications during magnetic particle testing.
Lightweight with an ergonomic grip and trigger, the Y-2 is designed for the rugged demands of field inspection. Featuring a field swappable cord and isolated trigger switch; the Y-2 is easily serviceable because a severed cord should not stop a job from getting done.
EF-6Y is a new generation electromagnetic yoke creating AC Magnetic eld for detection of surface cracks during Magnetic Particle Testing.
EF-6Y is handy & lighter (only 2 kgs) than conventional yokes. Articulating & double joined legs contour easily & adapt to any shape to assure good contact. It has robust and chemical-resistant construction and is equipped with a 2 meter long mains cable for convenience in eld applications. EY-6Y’s engineering plastic body has grooved rubber gasket which virtually seals the internal circuit, operator vswitch housed in a sealed cavity and stress relieved mains cord are built in safety features.
This instrument is designed for measuring magnetic field strength within the range of 0–50 × 10⁻⁴ Tesla, with an accuracy of ±10%. It has a compact design, measuring Φ60 × 23 mm, and is suitable for use in environments ranging from -100°C to +500°C with a relative humidity of up to 80%.
Magnetic Flux Strips (Equivalent to Magnaflux Magnetic Flux Indicator) Stripscan be used with: Fluorescent, Wet Visible (Black & White) as well as Dry Particles (with or without contrast). They can be used with AC, FWDC and HWDC magnetization, with either longitudinal or circular fields. They can also be used to demonstrate the sensitivity differences between these methods and to develop magnetizing techniques that assure complete coverage.
The Pie Gauge is a tool for quickly verifying the direction of magnetic flux on a surface. It is made from eight ferrous segments, braised into a single piece, providing a star pattern of nonferrous discontinuities. Typically used with dry powders for yoke inspection, the Pie Gauge can be held at any angle and will generate indications perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic flux. A similar test gauge, the Berthold Penetrameter, uses four instead of eight ferrous sections and is commonly used in Europe.
